    This is the BEST exercise video I've EVER done. I lost 21 pounds and toned up my legs losing 2.5 inches off each from doing the routine I've written below over 6 weeks! (but don't forget to add in a healthy eating plan too!)There are 3 levels.     Love the workouts but the most irritating thing is that you can't fast forward past the intro. so, everytime you turn it on, you have to listen to the summery of the dvd. EVERYTIME!!!!.. super annoying. otherwise the workouts are very challenging but worth it.

    This was the first Jillian Michaels workout I ever did. It's not for the weak!! She will get you into shape, or kill you, whichever comes first :) Great results if you can build up your endurance and make it through the program.

    I would just give it to you straight, Julian DVD changed my outlook about working out, I now have sex packs, I LOST 10 pounds in two months and 2 dress sizes, I have toned muscles now and it feels great, by the way I am not dieting yet, I am sure if I stick to a diet program I would lose more, get it if you want to see results...
